Everything we do, in one place

What we cover

We cover four trades: plumbing (14 services), heating (6), cooling (6) and electrical (6), across Meridian, Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, Star, Middleton and Mountain Home.

Every service page explains the same three things: what actually goes wrong and why, how it gets diagnosed properly, and what changes the price. None of them quote a figure we would have to invent.

The reason we cover four trades rather than specialising in one is that a surprising number of jobs sit across two of them.

A standby generator needs a correctly sized gas supply and an electrical transfer switch. A tankless water heater frequently needs the gas line upsized before it will reach full output. Adding a heat pump means confirming the electrical service can carry it. A combi boiler is a heating appliance whose most common fault is a hard water problem. When those jobs are split between contractors, each waits on the other and the homeowner ends up coordinating.

The pages below are grouped by trade, but the boundaries between them are less clean than the categories suggest, and the cross-links reflect that.

The categories are tidy. Real jobs are less so, which is why the cross-links matter.

Coverage

Every service, across nine towns

Ada, Canyon and Elmore counties. Each town page covers the local conditions that actually change the work there.

What changes between towns is not which services we offer but which ones people need. Older Boise, Nampa and Caldwell housing drives repiping, sewer repair and panel upgrades. Newer Meridian, Eagle, Star and Kuna housing drives equipment replacement, water treatment and capacity additions. Rural properties across Kuna, Star, Middleton and Canyon county drive well treatment, outbuilding electrical and backup power. Mountain Home adds elevation, which changes gas appliance setup.

Questions we get asked

Frequently asked questions

Do you really cover all four trades?

Yes: plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical, with 32 services across them. The reason is practical rather than promotional. A great many jobs sit across two trades, and when they are split between contractors each ends up waiting on the other. A standby generator needs gas and electrical. A tankless water heater often needs the gas line upsized. A heat pump needs electrical capacity confirmed. One company removes that coordination problem.

Which service do I need for my problem?

If you are not sure, describe the symptom when you get in touch and we will work it out. The service pages are organised by what we do rather than by what you notice, so the mapping is not always obvious. For example, a crawl space that floods every spring is a sump pump page, not a leak detection page. A toilet that has started blocking after years of working fine is usually a hard water scale problem rather than a blockage problem. Describing what is happening is more useful than picking a category.

Do your service pages include prices?

They explain what changes the price rather than quoting a figure. That is deliberate. A water heater replacement in an accessible garage and one in a tight attic with venting corrections needed are genuinely different jobs, and a published number for either would mislead you about the other. What we commit to is quoting after diagnosis and before work, with the number not changing afterwards.

Can you handle a job that needs two trades?

That is one of the main reasons we operate this way. Standby generators, tankless conversions requiring gas upsizing, heat pump installations needing electrical capacity checked, and outdoor kitchens needing both gas and electrical are all routine for us. It means one quote, one schedule, and nobody waiting on another contractor to finish their part.

Do you do both residential and commercial work?

Both. Commercial work is a meaningful part of what we do, particularly drain and grease line jetting for restaurants and food service, which is far cheaper handled on a maintenance schedule than as an emergency during service. Commercial jobs often need to happen outside business hours, so tell us the property type when you get in touch and we will schedule appropriately.

How do I know which of the nine towns you cover I am in?

The town pages cover Meridian, Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, Star, Middleton and Mountain Home, which spans Ada, Canyon and Elmore counties. If your address is between towns or just outside one, ask anyway. Coverage depends more on the day’s schedule than on a hard boundary, and the only genuine constraint is Mountain Home, which is far enough out that we schedule it rather than treating it as a same-hour call.

Have a licensed tech diagnose it and quote the repair up front.
